The Fastest Way to Up-Level Your Life

Hello, you wonderful human! 2022 is coming to a close so I’m getting all ramped up to set some goals for 2023. I’m working on my next best version and I wanted to share what I’ve been doing in hopes that it will help you work towards any goals that you have for yourself.

HERE ARE MY TOP 5 TIPS TO UP-LEVEL YOUR LIFE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE….

TIP 1 | DETERMINE WHAT YOU WANT
It seems pretty obvious, but the first thing you want to do to start taking action toward becoming your best self is to decide what it is you actually want or who it is you want to be.

- Is there a certain job you want?
- Is there a certain income you want to obtain?
- A way you want to look?
- A place you want to travel to?
- A relationship you want to have?
- Etc.

Determine exactly what you want for yourself and keep the vision close to you.

TIP 2 | REHEARSE BEING THAT PERSON OR BEING IN THE DESIRED SITUATION
Once you’ve determined what you want/who you want to be, you need to rehearse being in that situation or being that person now. How do you do that?  You research.  Research everything there is to know about what it is that you want and then create an image of what you want in your mind.  Then practice visualizing what you want on a regular basis.

TIP 3  | FEEL WHAT IT’S LIKE TO BE WHERE YOU WANT TO BE
How do you feel something you haven’t experienced before?  You imagine how it would feel.  Compare what you want with something similar you’ve achieved or received.  If you don’t have something similar, compare what you want to a similar feeling you’ve once had. Stay in that feeling as much as possible so that you can embody what it feels like to live at your next level.

TIP 4 | FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY
You’ve heard this before I’m sure, but in order to become your next-level self you have to BE your next-level self.  Self-doubt and imposter syndrome can sneak in sometimes making you feel afraid to take the steps needed to move toward what it is that you want, but it’s important to take action toward what you what in spite of the fear.

According to Harvard biz review, men apply for jobs they are only 60% qualified for and women typically only apply for jobs they are 100% qualified for.  It makes sense as to why more men typically see more financial success than women.  However, we have to credit these men for having the guts to try something they haven’t yet mastered.

You can also get yourself in the environment or surround yourself with people that have the life you want or can help you get to the next level.

You can start with easy things….

-Having coffee in a fancy restaurant
-Giving a big tip at a drive-through or gas station
-Test drive a car you’ve been dreaming about
-Research places to stay before you book your travel
-Try on designer clothes
-Do whatever it is that makes you feel like you want to feel

TIP 5 | CELEBRATE YOUR WINS ALONG THE WAY
The last tip I have is to celebrate your wins along the way.  They don’t have to be big.  Just celebrate them.  Celebrate the fact that you said you were going to test-drive a jeep so you went and test-drove a jeep. Give yourself credit for taking action.  Or maybe you’re working towards losing 10 lbs, but you only lost 2.  You still lost two!  Celebrate it.  You are still moving in the right direction. 


We celebrate these things for two reasons……


1) Because it keeps you in a high vibration so that you can attract other high vibe things, people and experiences - because like attracts like.

2) Because it helps keep you motivated.  Each time you experience a success no matter how small, it nudges you closer to the end goal.  If you celebrate it, you aknowledge it and what you pay attention to grows.  Make sure you’re paying attention to your successes, not your
setbacks.
